has anyone gotten to the R3 cars? I got one and found it totally undrivable. If I accelerated fully the car would just start spinning all over the place. Are all R3 cars like this or is it just the one I got that has this problem? I guess the solution is to switch one of the auto assists on but have been playing without any assists other than using automatic gear switching and would like to stick to that.

It is quite a change from the smooth driving of the Audi R8 I was using in the A grandprix. Come to think of it how come they made me jump from A class to R3? Isn't there an S Class grand prix?

There are tons of power in those things, you should probably gradually build up speed before putting the pedal all the way down.

@Tuoyo

The main problem with the R3 cars and forward is that their inital Torque is too high. Without TCS on, you'll probably spin the wheels for too long, until you hit second shift. Use soft throttle impulses or don't start in full throttle at the beginning of the race.

About the Class skipping, it's natural, since you began doing a E class championship, then C class, A class and now R3 class. The other class championships are on the Event List, you can race them anytime.

Thanks.  I tried it but found it to difficult to do soft presses until I got to a higher gear so I just switched on the assist for that.  Finding some of the tracks very difficult with the Toyota car I have.  Far too fast for many of the bendy tracks.  But there was one track that had a super super super long straight.  LOVED IT!!!

Don't know the name.  To be honest I just race without looking at the track names.  Would recommend the Toyota though.  Got to 218 mph on the straight.  Car was a real struggle on many of the tracks as they hardly have any straight but there is an upgrade you can get which drastically reduces top speed but improves the other things like acceleration alot so you can just switch depending on the type of track.  It is like having two different cars.  Looking at the stats the Ferraris and the like are far superior but unless you have over 1.2 million they are out of reach.  For the affordable Class R3 cars I think the Toyota is very high up the quality list.
