Platformer-puzzle adventure.

I agree with this...i think platforming, puzzle solving, stealth combined with takin care of Andy will be the main focus. I expect NO combat all

Well the video showed the player throwing a barrell at a guard, so if you count that as combat I guess there is some.

I don't think that was intended as an attack. Earlier in the trailer, it showed Wanco (Wander + Ico) throwing Stewie (Stewie Griffin) a barrel. Clearly, Stewie likes these barrels. So, I think the barrel was to provoke Stewie into attacking the guard. Now, I'll go watch that video.

I think it would be interesting if you could manually swap which character you control, dragon or boy, and each would have individual strengths to combat room puzzles to advance. It could be a similiar scenario to ICO where your purpose was to guide Yorda around, except now you have two incomplete characters that rely on eachother for advancement.

Is the dragon really supposed to be cat-like though? It looked more like a puppy to me.

Team ICO likes making you play as one character. For example, in Shadow of the Colossus, even when Wander rode his horse, you were still playing as Wander, controlling the reins and kicking the horse to make him go faster (which I thought was kind of mean). I think a similar sort of thing will happen in Last Guardian, except with a lot more detail and freedom- the emphasis will really be on the creature's abilities, rather than those of Wanco, I think.

Also, did anyone notice how he called Wander and Agro "the guy and his horse"? That was annoying.

I expect a lot of jumping-off-of-puppydragon's-head-to-reach-higher-ground puzzles.
