Hoping for February seems a bit optimistic.

Generally when someone says "coming sometime ___ " it turns up mid-way through that period at the earliest (so June/July)

I suppose Suda could be being cautious though, ie if all goes exactly to plan, it releases early 2010..... time extended for any problems/unforseen circumstances.

So stoked for this game.

I believe there was a story a little while back where Suda said the game was "almost done". Whatever that means, I think a February release is certainly possible.

And Red4ADevil, in the video he made it sound like they are going to keep the A-button as a primary attack and motion for the finishers.

well..it's pretty much fixing everything I thought needed fixing..
except maybe..2 player co-op?

who wouldn't like to play Helter Skelter as player 2?

Yea I think I bought this already, if only my future self would give past self this game =(

Interesting to say the least. A few observations

1: You'd think Suda would have at least enough of a grasp of the English language to hold a conversation, he writes his own games, and it's all in English
2: A fix for the open world was necessary
3: Motion Plus for all the sword play would definitely get tiring, but motion plus for finishers would kick ass
4: It would be interesting if they took a leaf from MadWorld's book for boss battles like the one against The Shamans, with multiple goons assaulting you.

The open world was the one thing that had to be fixed! All it really was, was a fancy options menu...

Me want... now!!!
