Forums - Nintendo - Three Wii games you should be really cautious about. (MH3,Muramasa,Fragile)

I feel like bringing up Valkyrie Chronicles and how it isn't what your expect if your looking forward to a Valkyrie Profile ~ but it's still a great game though ;)

I'm Unamerica and you can too.

MH3 is just what I expected. I couldn't imagine why people in Japan would prefer to play this game on a small screen (PSP) rather than a big one (console).

I'm not interested in Fragile honestly. I can't say it looks the least bit appealing to me, though i would like to give it a shot. I think Arc Rise should've be in it's place though...

Err the reason for this thread is because Fragile isnt an RPG are the type of game people think it is. Arc Rise Fantasia is pretty straight forward. It IS a Turn-Based JRPG.

im still gonna get MH3, even if it is really tough and frustrating.im willing to take the time to learn the game. i played the PSP game and i really enjoyed it so im looking forward to this game.

also im excited about Muramasa. i liked odinsphere so this one should be pretty good.

as for fragile, well i currently have no intention of buying that game. it looks like an anime silent hill to me.

Most interested in Fragile. Will probably end up with the other two at some point. But Fragile will be a new purchase.

Thanks to the OP for this post because RPG has become a generic and misused term.

I like to jump around, and would lead a fairly serene and aimless existence if it weren't for my friends always getting into trouble. I love to help out, even when it puts me at risk. I seem to make friends with people who just can't stay out of trouble.

You just gave me a craving for Muramasa, at least. Good job.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

Oh... so it is. My mistake, i'll pay more attention next time.

How technical is your game?

Thanks for clarifying. I will buy MH3, but probably pass on the other two, unless they drop to the magic $20 rather quickly. (Yeah, I know, by not buying them at full price I'm hurting the future of 3rd party games on the Wii, but to each his own.)

Hardware is only a means to enjoy great games!

I definitely have a huge interest for all three, but FRAGILE and MURAMASA will be the ones I purchase day one certainly; I'll rent MH3 first before I decide to get it. I think all three games have the potential to have an audience in America, but they'll probably be "Cult" audiences.

How about Arc Rise Fantasia? That's not counted in this list, but it IS an RPG, and it too will probably achieve "cult" status.

I'm sure these will sell more than two copies worldwide.

MH3 I'm getting, Muramasa maybe and Fragile probably not.
