X, and VI is very close too.

Anybody still playing? I'm to the part right before the end of the game, leveling up to beat the Weapons. I can't bring myself to spend hours just leveling up, though, so I'm not doing too well on that front. I wish the game was tougher so it'd make you want to level up more along the way. Instead it's cake and then the Weapons are impossible. :(

Yesterday I continued one of my saves from way back and now I just started the 3rd disc and about to beat the game :).

Edit: @ vito - I know what you mean! I just tried the Emerald weapon and it completely destroyed me, it 1 million HP!

lol did any1 who started this beat the game? i beat ff9 in july and started 7 afterwards n just beat it tonight... the ending is very unfulfilling compared to 9 imo.

I just beat the game about a week ago, my party was Cloud, Tifa, and Vincent around lv. 70 each with their final weapons and 4th level limit breaks, everyone had HP plus and MP plus so their HP was in the 7,000's and MP close to 800. Everyone had a Peace Ring to prevent Confusion which was the only status effect I was really worried about since Tifa had the Premium Heart and Slash-all and if she got confused after Super Nova hit, she would kill herself along with Cloud and Vincent.

My second team in the Bizzaro Sephiroth fight was Cid, Yuffie, and Barret, but their stats dont matter since I never use them
