Forums - Microsoft - Please LucasArts, give the Monkey Island treatment to your other classics!

It's nice to see you bringing back a true classic, but it would be even better if you brought back some of your other amazing games as well.  In particular, Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis, would be an ideal candidate for an enhanced makeover.  There are many others as well such as The Dig, Maniac Mansion, and Day of the Tentacle just waiting for a new generation to discover and enjoy.  Hopefully The Secret of Monkey Island: Special Edition sells well and gives you the incentive to reward fans of your classic games even more.

Yes please. LeChuck's Revenge, Maniac Mansion, Day of the Tentacle would all make me extremely happy.

I think it depends on the sales of the new monkey island game

Predictions:Sales of Wii Fit will surpass the combined sales of the Grand Theft Auto franchiseLifetime sales of Wii will surpass the combined sales of the entire Playstation family of consoles by 12/31/2015 Wii hardware sales will surpass the total hardware sales of the PS2 by 12/31/2010 Wii will have 50% marketshare or more by the end of 2008 (I was wrong!!  It was a little over 48% only)Wii will surpass 45 Million in lifetime sales by the end of 2008 (I was wrong!!  Nintendo Financials showed it fell slightly short of 45 million shipped by end of 2008)Wii will surpass 80 Million in lifetime sales by the end of 2009 (I was wrong!! Wii didn't even get to 70 Million)

Funny you should mention it, because an updated Fate of Atlantis is included in the new Staff of Kings.

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

"Ok, girl's trapped in the elevator, and the power's off.  I swear, if a zombie comes around the next corner..."

As long as they prioritize MI over them, sure. A remake or sequel of Day of the Tentacle would be great...but it's more important to remake Lechuck's Revenge...maybe even fixing the ending (which I still can't make any sense of, what a disappointment it was)

New adventure games please!!

Oh wait, adventure games don't sell as much compared to star wars crap games.

Why does it now seem like every company doesn't care about classic great gaming anymore.

Please, Lucas Arts, make a good game for the first time since...uuh...Battlefront 2?
