I dont think FF XIII will get of the playstation 3 system, but MGS4 is still something to watch. It all depends on sales. Good sales they stay exclusive, bad sales they get ported.

According to the reports we're hearing from multiple sources, it doesn't depend on sales at all... It depends on how the negotiations go (and they'll likely be over before the PS3 version is even out).

can these rumors stop already.. Square just reconfirmed exclusivity at TGS same with Konami.

Can these illogical posts stop already? The rumours say that the negotiations are ongoing. Why would they announce non-exclusivity if they aren't even sure whether the negotations will produce any positive results?

depends on the sales why do you think SE and Konami keep making comments on how the sales of the ps3 and price cuts... and on how good mgs4 drives sales

a good game can do wonders for a system..

I think a lot of third parties with exclusive games for the PS3 are getting scared.  I'm sure the 360 will be seeing a lot of games that were originally meant to be PS3 exclusives, but I doubt Sony will allow MGS4 & FFXIII to show up on other consoles, they would pay off Konami and Square first before letting that happen.

So your stating that the ps3 will stay at a low install base and not sell FF XIII or mgs4. If resistance was such HUGE sucess, what makes you think these games cant?

I'm just saying that the PS3 is probably a huge gamble for these third parties who're pouring many millions of dollars into huge projects.
