Also the part that says "It's a well documented dust magnet" That was the original owners signature man.
If the story is true, Sony should replace it...
It is unacceptable for techs to throw dirt on a machine and take a picture calling it abuse... They muddied the waters by fabricating the truth. If they felt it was abused they should have just took a picture and stated abuse.

If the story is true they should replace his PS3 and give him a lot of free stuff. The guy hasn't had his PS3 for some time, at the very least through in 4 or 5 top games and maybe a 5 year warranty or something.
Even though it isn't Sony's fault for a rogue tech, this would cause a shitstorm of bad publicity. So I would seriously doubt they would ever admit to it even if they knew it was true.

That dude deserves a new system along with a game or 2 and a controller... That Tech should be fired and forced to pay for it all... and fired.
