Forums - General - Punishing email-forwarders

It has happened to me 4 fucking times now today and I need to vent. I have now, today, recieved four times an email wherein the sender actually believes that Bill Gates is going to send them money if the email is send to enough people. 4 Times! Each with the tagline: "A lawyer checked it, it's legit!"

No you dumbass no law in the world makes an unknown third party send you money if enough people jumped on an electronic/digital bandwagon! If only for the reason that such things cannot be checked.

After the forward email a couple of years ago we got the Nigerian 494 scams. And now that this has finally passed we get these retarded emails again! I swear, don't these people think? And it isn't even my non-techsavy mother but friends mostly.

So I take revenge. I take revenge for their stupidity by filling a reply-email with Fail pictures untill it's filled up with enough MB. I then mail-bomb the shit out of person I got the email from.

Do you have any ways of creative revenge? Or am I the only one bothered by these forward emails?

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

nvm

I got a ridiculous one the other day, I would post it but it has been deleted. Basically this "woman" e-mailed me saying she was from a third world country and needed medicine immediately because she a had a horrible disease. But unfortunately she did not have enough money to buy it. But apparently one of my friends told her I was a pretty generous guy and she wanted to know if I could pay for some of the expensive medication...

Yeah right.

Makes you wonder what person does not have enough money for medicine but has a computer and internet. And the time to meet women across the globe.
Same reason I saw a homeless woman today selling newspapers (they have special newspapers for this, to raise money and keep them busy) but the problem was, she was also smoking.

If you have money for cigarettes your apparantly not poor enough

Oh and Kirby, that would so far be 3 women (one was the girlfriend of my roommate, the other an ex and the last one was a classmate) and the last one, a guy an old colleguea. The last one got the most scorn.
