Not 100% sure as it doesn't say, but the rest of the screen shots it was with were in-game and so I am fairly certain this one is. It is definitely not an in motion shot, but looks believably in-game to me.

That is a weird picture no doubt.  But perhaps it was a design decision as the rest of the circles in that speedometer are round?  As well as these:

Looks like it would be hard to drive while staring at the steering wheel. And hard to steer while no hands (pst not in game)

It's in game, dude.  There is this thing called show floor view or whatever where you can checkout the empty cars all around.  Not to mention developers can move the camera in-game to any location they want for a screenshot.

All your pics have blur on the speedometer in case you didn't notice.. and the last is far away. The only one that shows it well is the one that he posted.

No it doesn't I guess I just can't stand him. I really only replied to refute his whole "bribery" stupid comments, but I guess I got dragged in.

Oh well. And as I said, I don't know why the outer circle would not be smooth when all the other ones from the same pic you posted were smooth. Oh well. Not a big deal to me.

My early prediction says 93% on Gamerankings/Metacritic, hailed by reviewers as the greatest racing game ever made. Lifetime sales roughly 5.5 million (although 2 mill will be bundles).
