Not sure if it was this generation or overall, but Dark Sector was in the top 5 and Fracture was in the top ten.

IGN tends to gives mediocre games high scores or focus on the bad points of great games.


I tend to agree with Gamespot reviews so I'm looking forward to seeing their score.

Very hit or miss. Some cutscenes are a confused joke, others are well-produced. The story isn't your standard fare, but that doesn't mean it is outstanding.

You can do just about everything in well under 20 hours. I didn’t find myself compelled to play for a second time at all.

I called this a long time ago. I knew this game was gonna be bad, but i had heard recently that it was shaping up nicely, but i guess not

The Aussies apparently liked it better. Gave it an 8.5.

This gen, NOT of all time

And what was wrong with either of those games, they were unique and trying something fairly different. It's a shame that more developers aren't taking risks, I'm kind of tired of the shoot-em-up generation we have now.

Dark Sector was not unique and it did not try something fairly different.

Fracture did have land deformation which was neat, but both games have big faults.

Hmh..Well I lost my fate for ign when it gave 9.5 to Resistance 2.
Well 1UP gave it 67/100 and other reviews are just some unknown sites.I usually always wait for Gamespot review.

just one review of many it won't stop me from getting this game
