Only the top 3 PS3 games you listed matter, and the top 4 360 games you named. The rest are meh for both consoles.

So to compare the remaining ones:

MAG vs. L4D2/OSDT: Edge goes to MAG. It should be SOCOM quality, and 256 player online is just insane. How can there be a new Left 4 Dead less than a year after the original? Even EA waits a year with its sports franchises. ODST should be great but its just a spinoff..Its not Halo 4.

Uncharted 2 vs. Splinter Cell: Edge goes to Uncharted 2. It's a graphics powerhouse and the gameplay is just fantastic. I think its the best new IP of this gen (better than Gears of War even). Splinter Cell looks great, but the franchise is getting a bit old and the last couple games haven't been as great as the old ones.

PS3 wins for platformers and 360 wins for racing games by default because theres no competition. Unless Gran Turismo 5 makes 09 but thats doubtful.


Overall I give the win to PS3 based on the presumption that MAG should be as good as SOCOM (both made by zipper) and that Uncharted 2 is as good as the first one or better.

Eh I care about Shadow Complex, also I'm pretty sure Way of Samurai 3 is coming to 360. I was a huge fan of 1 and 2, I remember VGCharts even posted news about it a long time ago.

Yep X360 win IF gt5 is not out. But for the rest of year PS3 is still better. Killzone 2 and Infamous already released.

U are forgeting the Secret of Monkey Island and that game alone puts the 360s list overthe PS3s lol. In all honesty both will be good. And no one would have to be offended if you had waited to pass judgement on M$ game lineup until E3 all in all its a great year to own a console

MAG will lose against Halo in every way you can imagine. sales, reviews, playtime you name it.

Only Uncharted 2 can't deal with all the Xbox360 games. Splinter Cell will be great, Forza will be HUGE, Halo is a class of its own, Left 4 Dead 2 will be another great multiplayer-shooter.

So the rest of the year is definately in Xbox360s favour.

But next year will be an epic battle with Alan Wake, Mass Effect 2, Halo Reach, Crackdown2, Natal + possible Gears of War 3 vs. God of War 3, GT5, Last Guardian and Resistance 3.

2010 shold be epic but according the the reaction of E3 from media and people, Natal will be the next big must have of the holidays.
