E309: Gamespot's Big Three Breakdown-E3 Winner

Gamespot: Now that the big three have spoken its time to break them down and see who comes out in top.

" Microsoft was clear winner with exclusives like Alan Wake,Crackdown 2,Forza 3,Shadow Complex and Splinter Cell: Conviction Microsoft was already in good shape but the thing that really sold us was project Natal"

This is exactly what I expected. While there are a few flukes, after watching all three conferences, I was and am certain where most sites would fall.

i disagree, but NATAL / MILO are on a class of its own without a doubt.

Sonys EyePet / New Motion Control seem awesome aswell, be like NATAL need more work.

All of the above are rather rusty and beyond there time, but in the long run there all equal if anything.

I would say that Sony tied MS in the show, because of the PSP stuff, personally, but I think the 360 had the strongest showing of any console...with possible exception of the PSP.

MS had the slicker, more well produced conference, and that won a lot of hearts and minds.

I think that sony won. That's my opinion.

Their motion controller combines a camera with a wand, has both facial and voice recognision. And it can be used for all types o games because (as they said) it has "buttons"

Now beyond this, sony just kept showing things that interested me. As a ps3 and a psp owner i was happily suprised with all the content shown.

For the 360s conference, I think it convinced me I should get alan wake. That game seems pretty intereting.

Oh the drama. When you do poor or spiteful reviews, you shouldn't work at Gamespot. They kinda have this "above all the others" vibe to their reviews, and that trashy flaming style of review wouldn't have lasted too much longer anyway. The only reason people care about this, is they found out about it. Worse stuff happens than this everyday throughout the entheusiast press.
