Anyway the guy who claimed this was none other than chespace. He is very well known for talking out his ass when it comes to PD and has been banned so many times at Gaf due to it. The same guy said PD would not implement fully rendered interiors and also no more than 2 cars could be able to run in GT5 with GT HD like graphics.

Turn 10, fanboys and their sons are after GT5 for some reason. It's really pathetic to say the least but I guess that is what happens when people are scared, the bark is louder.

S.T.A.G.E. damn son damn. Ignore function would greatly improve this website.

I'm getting both games, but Turn 10 is impressing me far more with what they've done in such a short time. Is that a crime? Why force fans to wait five years for a game? This game better be nothing short of a solid ten.

I think Turn 10 might be going a bit overboard here, there's a difference between taking the fight to the enemy and claiming victory before the battle has even started (very sony-esque if you ask me).

Personally, I think it has a lot to do with EA's ownership of official NASCAR games license (Which GT will presumably be taking over). PD probably has to wait for that to expire first (which apparently is end '09 from what I've been told).

That's what I tell myself, at least. It helps me sleep better at night.

Forza 3 looks killer.

Turn 10 have won nothing...and they shouldn't run their mouths because this is only the beginning. They just stated that they will be bringing the fight. PGR couldn't stop the GT series, so Microsoft bagged it and invested in Forza full time. On the upside Forza, 5 should be out by the time GT6 comes out.

well Forza 2 was way better than Gran Turismo Prologue in gameplay so. GT5 have to match Forza 2 first in content and gameplay and then PD can think bout matching what Forza 3 will deliver in october.

The game is still TBA 2009 on most gaming websites. Personally I think they will try to stall the game until spring 2010, but Sony will force them to launch it for the holidays.

That's the one thing I don't like about Turn 10, they do seem to be very very cocky and arrogant since they showed Forza 3, maybe it's because they know GT5 won't compete but surely they don't know that for sure, just strange they are being like this,

Forza 3 does look absolutely fantastic though, no faults there!

The "smack" your talking about is the truth. Forza devs ARE doing much more things than GT people. There are so many things GT people is doing know that Turn 10 has been doing for years. They are trying new things. They only speak the truth. The crazy thing is when Sony devs talk smack, they are praised, but MS devs can't do the same or their the "bad guys."
