Wait, did anyone really expect inFamous to move hardware? I...really don't understand some of you.

Hype isn't going to sell systems, content will, because if it did, ps3 would be where Wii is, not in dead last and trailing more and more very week.  E3 sets the stage to see what's going to happen in the next 6-8 months thru the holiday season.  I expect things to remian the same as they look today, until one of the big 3 can deliver on some of the advertised breakthru.

360 and PS3 are so close in sales. Giving 10% error margins, they're pretty much statistically tied...

I didn't expect it to move anything of real signifigance, but I expected  a little bit of a bump, considering that it's been the biggest exclusive in the last 2-3 months...since Killzone 2, which push a few more units out, as I recalled. 

Its not too bad all around, great to get the numbers though. It seems that Nintendo really must be buying back every Wii they can find at the moment, its great to see them perpetuating their fraud with so much enthusiasm!

It's not really a big exclusive. It was a game with almost no hype until just recently, until the internet hype sped up and the commercials started airing. Even then, it's not big by any measure of the word.

Probably not but Modern Warfare 2 will.

Such titles tend to be rare, and part of an established franchise. It is almost unheard of for a new IP in the middle of a console's life to have a real impact on console sales.
