Heavenly Sword is right up there. Uncharted was good. MGS4 (or 1, 2, or 3) was not so good: too much over-acting (although selected sections of every game were breath-taking). GTA series from 3 have many awesome sections, but don't quite reach the heights of (the comparatively very short) Heavenly Sword. Final Fantasy XII is the best of that franchise (and certainly the best JRPG voice-acting I've encountered by a long way), but again has some poorer sections.

I think Halo. It's the only game Iv'e ever played where I actually dont hate any characters voices. In fact the only game where you forget this should be game voices.

Metal Gear Solid series, Final Fantasy XII(Say what you want about the game, the dialogue was on point), Persona 4(not a corny anime line in sight)

Heavenly Sword though was the BEST! Voice acting was superb and perfectly complimented by animations.
