Started because I was trying to think of a game with great voice acting and couldn't come up with one. Maybe most Bioware games. While worst would clearly be House of the Dead 2 (Dogs of the AMS, time they made a move).

Uncharted voiceacting was quite good. Same with Persona 4 after you get used to Chie sounding like a 30 year old woman at times even though she's supposedly in High School. If you're accepting silly voice overs then the Disgaea series is quite good as well.
edit: just read that I should probably pick a best so I'm going to go with Persona 4

Valkyria Chronicles as far as JRPGs go this gen so far.
Star Ocean, ToV, IU, Folklore, Enchanted Arms, etc... all have "OK" to "Sub-Par" All the way down to "Utter shat" VA, but Valkyria is on a class all on its own,

I'm gonna have to go with this. MGS voice acting is always good. But imo Persona 4's VA is just supurb. Nanako's voice really captures the heart of a kid imo. In alot of jrpgs you just get a loli or a really annoying little kid. Nanoko sounds like a real kid (and her character is written very well as one). Kanji's VA is good too, it really fits his personality. All around P4 has the best VA this gen and there really is no comparison. Anyone saying anything different must at least see some of the scenes from it before trying to peddle another game off as better.

When it comes to the actual gameplay, it's pretty bad. The most obvious is the middle eastern soldiers, who just seem to be americans in disguise, shouting generic lines.
