I did it for every franchise that got mentioned. Ofc, some are like few years old while others started back in the 80's. There are also branch franchises (like Mario Kart/Party)

Oh well I was off by one , shocked that there were that many Starwars games though.

Mario, and how is Final Fantasy milked? Each one is different and unique. Maybe milking a specific game, like FFVII. But the series as a whole, HELL NO.

Same with Mario, so how is it milked?  I'd say Mario Party and all other Mario Kart/Sports games, but I do consider it a different entity than the Mario series as a whole.

 

I think a lot of people don't even know "milked" means.

I'd definitely have to say Final Fantasy.  Many of it's games have been remade over and over again, not to mention the amount of spinoffs.

Yeah he forgot singstar and MGS off his list too. Biased opinions make me laugh.

I disagree with Halo being milked yet. Halo 1,2, and 3 are all 3 years apart. Also, ODST is just an expansion but Halo Wars can be considered milking. I agree that Mario is milked like a champ, but the main series is always awesome.

@ Son1x, where did you get 12 Halo titles?

Final Fantasy - there's like 50-60 games on all platforms from snowboard titles to party games and if you will count rereleases number of games will probably double or triple.
Dragon Quest - just like FF series.
Guitar Hero
Singstar
Sonic
NFS
Sims
Yu-gi-oh
Megaman
EA Sports games
i wouldn't call mario a milked franchise cause while we are getting a lot of mario games they are all different and it's hard to find even an average mario game all of them are excelent titles.
