I believe so. You can control many things in race including a rewind for novices if they mess up.

Yes, you can move the camera 360 degrees in forza 2, but in the video, they were able to move the camera up and down as well. I am thinking this is a new feature in forza 3 cause you cannot do that in forza 2.
