Think of it! There could be a game with a last boss that can ONLY be beaten by feeding the vitality censor the irregular (lack of) hearbeat unique to a heart attack! Beating it would make you the most hardcore gamer ever, thus reclaiming Nintendo's image as the hardcore king.

If Sony can add a control stick to their motion thingy, Nintendo can easily add a port extension to the vitality sensor just like WM+.
If it is another peripheral that will reach wiimote's sucess it will be copied by others in no time :P
I'm pretty excited about the Vitality sensor too. It'll be interesting to see what Nintendo does with it.

If they changed the connector to it, it could easily be worn on your pinky finger while holding the nunchuck in the same hand.
