PS3 platform has high arch support.

Actually, Wii Fit IS losing a bit of steam. Sales have not plummeted, but they are lower than ever before. It seems as if by the end of the year, Wii Fit might sell just about as much as the PS3.

If it has not caught up with the PS3 by the end of the year, I believe it will never be able to do that, since by then it will most likely be selling less than 100k on the normal week.

So the questions is whether or not it will oustell the PS3 by the end of the year. With a 100k lead per week, it might be possible, but I doubt Wii Fit will go over 250k per week again, not counting holiday weeks. So if the PS3 manages to sell more than 150k more than a couple of weeks, it should be safe from the embarrassment of being outsold by a Wii game.

Well when WF+ come out, the BB will definitely be in more homes than PS3. The problem is for the internet pissing contest which is sales tracking for consumers, it's not one specific title.

Wii Fit might not pass PS3 because of WF+ and availability of other fitness games on Wii. I still think it will, in December.

Once there are more BBs in people's homes than PS3s or now as it's inching up on 20 million owners, I am really wondering why we wouldn't see more games with BB support.

Wii Fit Plus should punch the Wii Balance Board up again, and probably meet or pass the PS3 worldwide. Unfortunately, WF+ is going to make tracking the BB sales significantly harder.

Yeah, but they're mostly going to be on the Wii, and you know what Wii exercise games need? The Wii Balance Board. And you know how you get that? You buy Wii Fit or Wii Fit Plus.

He also thinks the PSP has better gaphics than the Wii.  Strange how a Sony fan suddenly realizes the impact of fitness games.
