- In CoD4/5, are the triggers used for aiming/shooting? I'm just hoping it's not the small buttons in front of the triggers. I've got somewhat used to the dualshock, though I still prefer the 360 controller......just can't stand the dpad.

 

My new PC arrived earlier so I'm gonna take today off to mess around with it. Tommorrow I'm probably gonna buy a 360 Pro just to get a feel for it (then get a refund afterwards).

I think my only regret will be missing out on GT5, so I'm hopin forza 3 ends up being good =/    


I have a release date Elite...and I've been considering replacing it with the new bundle, but I heard it all the older chipset, so make sure to check.  i'd say save yourself the $100 and get yourself a pro, with a manufacture date in 2009, and get the games used.  Also I've seen 12+1 month gold cards for as low as $36.99 , so shop around, and definitely don't pay $50 as you always here from the propanganderists.

He was never intending on getting the Arcade version in the first place.... stealth trolling perhaps?  If not I apologize, you just jumped to a weird topic there since he said it would be the Elite or Pro guaranteed.

I just have to ask why you would get rid of your PS3 now especially when you're building a new PC now? To be honest the best setup to not miss out on most good games is a PS3/PC combination because most of the PS3 exclusives don't make it to PC. Is it not a gaming PC? Do most of your friends own a 360?

I think all Arcades games have demos, but most Full games will have demos, not all.

I've heard that the halo 3 + fable 2 bundles are old models so be careful of that. The RE5 bundles do have the newer chips.

All the models released now should be a jasper chip; they've been in production since October of 2008. I recommend you go through Dell to purchase your system as they seem to run a $ or % off of their systems every once in a while.

You do know that you can pick up Fable 2 and Halo 3 for 30.00.  So you could get a pro with halo 3 for 70.00 cheaper.  Also I have a 60 gig harddrive with a moderate amount of DLC on it and I can still hold like 6 to 7 games on my harddrive.

I can hold like 3 games lol. Probably because I have too many videos of the The Guild.
