Demo for WaW? I forgot to ask....is it true every game on Live has a demo? Or is it the XBLA ones only?

 

And is it actually possible to request a newer model from whichever store I buy it from if I explained to them that older one is known for breaking down?

I've heard that the halo 3 + fable 2 bundles are old models so be careful of that. The RE5 bundles do have the newer chips.
