Not yet, but with the general direction things have taken lately, I think it's a safe bet to say it wont be that much longer compared to the NA release. That will be a great day for me! 
can you play this in high definition or will it still have the same graphics of the ps1 version?

I think the PS3 will scale the game to whatever resolution you're playing at, and you have the option to have the PS3 improve a little on the graphics.

Do you honestly think that? A game that is over 10 years old is going to move hardware? Maybe a couple grand, at most.

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.

Last time I checked, you could easily sell a copy FF7 on ebay for $50. It is a good price imo.
