everyone is confusing affordability with brand perception.
The post should have ended after Squill's, but obviously people are upset about this.

I think Japan is cooler than America, but it is not yet feasable for me to live there.
I think HD is cooler than SD, but I still don't have enough money.
I think Mitsubishi Diamante is cool, but Shelby Cobra is cooler. I'll probably only ever own a Mistubishi.

fanboys are so lame sometimes.

It is not about fanboyism here and even if the concepts are opposed, brand perception positionning has something to do with affordability.

or rather, unaffordability. That's part of a brand, I agree. Jaguar and other similar luxury companies wouldn't have the same image at a lower price.

i missed watching e3, just caught the highlights, so at first i thought you meant THE queen.  i was like 'what the hell?  they had to beat spielberg'.

hopefully they do that next year, would make the new turismo 5 trailer seem more impressive.

in the article it says: "Sony makes you “look” cooler and more socially acceptable"

because by buying Psp and Ps3 which are the most expensive consoles, it's like saying "hey look, i got a Ps3, i'm rich"

also, most people here playing GTA just for "hey look, i play GTA and i kill people and take cars and now i know the word fuck"

most Ps3 owners that i know have absolutely no idea why the got Ps3 instead of Xbox360, the reason actually is "it's more expensive so it's better"

basically the survey confirms what i just said, from my point of view, and it really happens here....



don't mind my username, that was more than 10 years ago, I'm a different person now, amazing how people change ^_^

thats sadness to be honest.

i love wii fit, but the fact its 100 bucks in stores, makes it better than every game less than it?

price does count for some stuff tho so i can see the confusion. like watches, tvs, clothes in general, and cars in general. so seems it should hold true for consoles right?
