Wow! from your little defensive deluded post it seems that your the fanboy, you made it clear for all to see!

I own all three consoles, I don't really care what sells what or what does what, all i'm after is the most enjoyment which the 360 provides by the masses, it's not a console which only becomes fun when you have freinds around or once you had a few drinks (hint), I'm just stating my view which I will stick by as your reply did nothing more than make you look very very silly specially when you resort to slagging people like spielberg off, very childish.......

FK, we all know that you indeed are a troll, so your words don't matter much here. Most people know who I am and what I'm about, so calling me a fanboy makes you' look even more ignorant to the facts.

Defensive post? Hardly. I am simply echoing what the industry sees, as I do work within it. I apologize for bursting your bubble, but Natal will not be the "Jesus of motion controls" that you hope it will be. Your view that you plan to stick by is extremist and baseless. I will rescind my statement if you can prove to me now what grounds exist to make the casual market, (who btw, will either neer hear of Natal, or will this week and forget by the time it releases), will suddenly shift gears to play tennis games (as shown in the Natal demo) when its only shown to be as good as a experience as Wii Sports tennis. I don't want to hear "just you wait!", that's not how the industry works. There's either an interest or a lack thereof for a product to even work with it, and the general buzz thus far is as stated last post, which I feel no need to reiterate.

If you want clarification and/or proof of this, look how much support Nintendo had for the Wii at first. A lot of publishers and developers weren't interested in the system at the time. Natal will need to prove its usefulness, it will not be initially accepted by the industry as it is by loney 20-somethings who think they have mastered all knowledge of the world (and I paraphrase now - hint).

When Natal can show its usefulness to the existing 360 market, core fps/action games, then it will muster experience. Steven Spielberg is nothing in this industry, he's a movie director, thus insignificant to the industry. You might as well say that Jay-Z loves MotionPlus. It's all irrelevant. Tell me Will Wright or Kojima are crazy about Natal, it wil have merit. Spielberg does for the game industry what George Bush Jr. does for calculus.

To make you feel better, I'm not writing off Natal outright, or saying "Natal sucks! LULZ!". I'm saying that the device will not attract the larger casual market, and should really start answering questions the industry has, which basically are about how it will apply to the userbase the 360 is known for.

Disagree with all the bolded as I know i'm not a troll as I don't have funny green hair, rest of your reply is good though,

I don't think I've ever seen such paroting in my life. Just a week ago motion controls were a lame gimmick, now they are the future of gaming. The double talk is ridiculous. Everything from rumble paks to analogue to now motion control is pioneered by Nintendo (yes these are things that have been around before but Nintendo implemented it in the console realm, successfully)

The guy in the article bitches about Nintendo not innovating, but why is the burden solely on Nintendo's shoulders? Also if Nintendo is getting points off for no innovation this E3, how many points do Sony and M$ get take off for shoehorning motion controls into their presentation with lame tech demos?

Bet between Slimbeast and Arius Dion about Wii sales 2009:

If the Wii sells less than 20 million in 2009 (as defined by VGC sales between week ending 3d Jan 2009 to week ending 4th Jan 2010) Slimebeast wins and get to control Arius Dion's sig for 1 month.

If the Wii sells more than 20 million in 2009 (as defined above) Arius Dion wins and gets to control Slimebeast's sig for 1 month.

..and they all told me that an Elton John death metal cover band wouldn't do well! The fools.

G4 gave it a C.

Take it from a teacher - the grade doesn't matter nearly so much as why it was given. Whatever grade the writer gives Nintendo, his justification for it is, at best, weak and ill-informed. Can't comment on G4's grade without knowing WHY they went that way (though I can guess, given its built in bias towards traditional gamers).

Natal won't be useful until MS releases a new console, whenever that is, that's just how it's gonna work, it's the same with the PS3 motion control, they have to include all that as a standard package for the next console, they are way too late for this gen. Just think about it and it's clear, Nintendo's research and patent started back in 2001, Sony's was 2004(or 2005, can't remember,) and MS is a full year at best, it just goes off to show you that perfecting a tech and making it into full use is no easy task, maybe next gen.

It's also the softyware. When Nintendo launched the Wii, there were a ton of Wii Remote games. They even made Zelda one. I don't think Sony and Microsoft have the  software either. They just showed tech demos. There is no third party games either. Plus, the consoles are too expensive, and people don't want to spend that much for a game console. They are just too little too late, and they don't have the backing to be succesful.
