Whatever the case, both places tracked Kingdom Hearts between 291-295, so 293k for the week is a happy medium. Should go on to sell quite a bit more in the long run. I say 380k Lifetime. I also hope to be pleasantly surprised :)

And the third tracker (Dengeki) has it at 320k. So average is at 302k. You must be joking at 380 LT. It will be over 400k by next week. It had only 2 days this week.

The following is a quotation from an interview from ImageEpoch's president regarding Arc Rise Fantasia:

"We're not looking for a million-selling title.

At the same time, if [a core title like that] goes to XBox 360 or PS3, there's always a company that's been making those kinds of games, like tri-Ace. We didn't see that it was necessary to compete going into that market."

"There is an action RPG that we're thinking is going to be in the million class. The target audience is Europe first and then U.S.. I'm thinking it doesn't really have to sell in Japan."

Something to chew on. Also, selling about 28K out of a 35K stock is nothing to sneeze at in the least. (referring to the Japan Preview article, of course).

That's rather stupid of them for trying to appeal to Europe first. That is their smallest, by far, market.

Well SO4 shows that Europe can buy jrpgs too if they aren't released 12 months after US.

Placing in the top 20 first week in the UK does not represent a quality market for RPGs in Europe as a whole.
