Hey Guys.

► Metal Gear Solid: Rising - Officially Confirmed for PlayStation 3 by Jack Tretton

Many of the long-time MGS fans were shocked by the MGS: Rising announcement yesterday at the Microsoft E3 Press event and were left speechless when the game was not even mentioned at all during Sony's press conference.

Well, you can relax now, because according to Geoff Keighley who spoke to Jack Tretton (CEO of Sony Computer Entertainment America), the game is confirmed as multiplatform and will be coming to the PLAYSTATION 3 as well.

We knew it, but its nice to hear it from an authorized person.

I'm a Foreigner, and as such, i am grateful for everyone pointing out any mistakes in my english posted above - only this way i'll be able to improve. thank you!

You forgot Heavy Rain, the fact that a third of your list is multiplat, and apparently all the things announced for 360

Halo: ODST, Halo: Reach, MGS, FF13, Alan Wake, Forza 3, L4D2, ME2, etc...

NOW ask "wat u gun do now Ninty," and someone can post all the new games for that.

Stop all the fanboy nonsense. As an owner of all three systems, I'm pretty happy that all three have some good stuff coming out. The fact that most of the bigger games are going multiplat (celebrating as though a game ALSO being on your system of choice as if it's a blow against your nemesis is about as lame as you can get) should be celebrated as the fact that the developers of our favorite games will MAKE MONEY, and thus make MORE GAMES.

Not to be a dick, but we knew this the moment it was announced @ Microsoft's conference. They would've been hammering on the point that it was exclusive, and they didn't.

Secondly, gamespress has listed the title as 360, ps3, and PC for a while now.

it was clear that it´l hit the PS3 aswell. BUT this statement was the first of its kind wich proved that.
