Since Team Ninja, who turned up breats physics to insane amounts, are working on the next Metroid game, it might happen that Samus is extra jiggly in her Zero suit (or maybe even that other girl in the trailer).

I've seen this joked about on some sites, so let's discuss it here.

I believe there is a possibility, only if Nintendo uses Samus' new look from Metroid: Zero Mission with the big jiggies and all.

I don't think Nintendo would let them, though it would enhance the games playability.
