Thanks. I think I am able to piece together an answer.
R* North Exclusive franchise
FF14 -- chec out ff forums, people are going crazy
There is still an unannounced Sony title listed for Wednesday. Maybe it will be big, or maybe not.
i dont think its a megaton but i think of the games we didnt know about Sony had arguably the two biggest FF14 and Agent.....even though id say they arent the best, we dont even know anything about Agent, the fact that R* is making a console exclusive and its for the PS3 no less when the 360 sells more software for the genre WW usually is probably th emost surprising for me, they are probably the most noteworthy....the coolest looking game we didnt see coming was SMBWii.
PSP Go! I guess nothing bigger.... still, i don't think psp go is a good idea. I hope they don't announce a GoW Go! exclusive >_>
03/10/09 HUGE day in my life:
Tommorrow.
7:45 PM L.A Time, 10:45 PM Eastern Time.
Unannounced Sony title.
Watch it.
i think it was supposed to be FF14, but since i found out it was an MMO i don't really care anymore.
the PSP actually had some great announcements with MGS and GT.
currently playing: Skyward Sword, Mario Sunshine, Xenoblade Chronicles X
The Last Guardian, FFXIV, MGS Peacewalker, GT PSP, and affordable PSP Go on 10-1-09.
The megaton was the FF:IV MMO. The guy even remarked how the announcement wasn't leaked yet. I think he also said the PS3 was the only console to play it at launch, so it's probably not even an exclusive. Not that I care about MMOs
Yet, today, America's leaders are reenacting every folly that brought these great powers [Russia, Germany, and Japan] to ruin -- from arrogance and hubris, to assertions of global hegemony, to imperial overstretch, to trumpeting new 'crusades,' to handing out war guarantees to regions and countries where Americans have never fought before. We are piling up the kind of commitments that produced the greatest disasters of the twentieth century.

News sites around the web all speak about the megaton of FFXIV. It simply was the biggest news of show, regardless of MMO or otherwise.
Very closely followed by Metroid/Mario, that made 10 million Nintendonians cream themselves in unison. Now with added Yoshi.
Crackdown 2 was a good announcement for MS but the rest of the lineup was pretty well known or smaller scale. Halo's don't occupy that same headspace any more. The only real reaction to L4D2 was "this early??" no matter how f*cking fun the game and its original are. Splinter Cell looked damn fine but was expected.
