Yeah, I see where you're coming from!

No, more like a useless music game but with even less imput... in fact, the VS adds no control, only input that is from involuntary function of the body... I have no interest in a heart rate monitor. I personally have no interest in a fitness game but I can see why other people would... I don't see how this adds significantly to gaming, casual or otherwise.

I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.

As for the Vitality Sensor - heart rate transmitted to the Wii, helps keep track of your heartrate as you exercise, which accurate tells you how many calories you burned off. I see that as an important part of cardio fitness.

I see it good for other things, like adrenaline detection, fear etc. Good for FPS games, horror games...
