I think we're still waiting until this Agent game becomes vaporware so Rockstar will give Sony Grand Theft Auto V instead as a trade up.

sorry for the DP so what happened to LA Noire and that western open world game the Rock* was working on are they both vapor ware, if they are thats ashame

I also believe Sony has a contract with Rockstar.

Sony and Rockstar have always been close, I'm not too surprised about this.

So, R* is so close they haven't released any - I repeat - ANY DLC, not even new cars, guns on the PS3 - and they are friends? So, out of the goodness of their hearts, they will make a game for the Sony fans. Please. $$$ is $$$ and you can say what you want, but $$$, not loyalty, is paying the bills. I still marvel at how folks are still stuck in last gen. This is now - and an 8M lead may seem small to the average gamer, but to devs, publishers, 8M represents 8M potential customers. And $$$$. And sadly, cash rules. Loyalty doesn't.

I'll stop. PS3-only owners have had enough cold water thrown on them this E3. I won't add to the downpour.

because rock* past time is trolling  the sony fan base, the prior ten years of support is only a joke, as  all future rock* games will be for the wii or 360....

But then, why is the game PS3 exclusive ?

It's likely that Sony paid for an exclusive. I mean the contract was announced to exist in July 2007, which was a year after the E3 in which MS announced GTA IV coming to the console. It seems to me that it's something Sony felt like paying for. It's just a thought though. Could be something else entirely.
