Thank goodness. For a moment there, I was worried that Xbox 360 gamers would have an opportunity to play a true MGS game.

Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker is a true sequel to MGS3, according to Kojima.

Not only is it not a spin-off, but he's writing the script and producing the game, and MGS4 team is working on it.

Amazing for a PSP game!

Wow a new MGS game not on the 360 but on a portable (over priced) handheld system,you really showed us infamous 8.

Besides its a prequel he said it takes before (or after) MGS3.

I see people on this forum: "ANY METAL GEAR IS THE GREATEST !!!1!1!!..." but then... "haha 360 gets a "offshoot"" (by the way wth is an offshoot)

This game is coming to both the 360 and PS3, but 360 is getting an offshoot.. ?

And from what I gathered, the way he stated it was for the people that were complaing about a new PsP version, and how they didn't want an "offshoot" as you put it..
