I know sony was going to make it smaller... But why  does it look like one of those little kids video players?

The screen is really good looking.. But the alalogue 'nub' looks like it's sunk in or something, and that's not good because it doesn't have that sleek look anymore.

I don't know, maybe I was hoping for a FUNKING SECOND ANALOGUE STICK.

I just think this thing is a bad idea, and I hope sony keeps making the psp-3000.

I like the Design and yes they will keep both models on the market.

I just think that the PSP Go is useless for PSP games, because it has only 16GB, games like Dissida are almost 2GB.......... so, you can't have more than 8 games. This is madness.

i can't think of any other way Sony can do to make it smaller, and most importantly, comfy to hold when playing games on it

i have PSP-1000 and never felt like to use it as a portable MP3/MP4 player because of its size
PSP Go is exactly what i've been looking for, a portable multimedia/gaming device that is small enough for me to carry around without the need to bring my PURSE XD

i can see many people keeping their original PSP (for UMD games) and, at the mean time, getting a PSP Go (if it's not too pricey)
if Sony do it right, it will be a very smooth transition from PSP to the upcoming PSP2 (UMD-less, 2 analog stick).

the drop down controls do make it look a bit ugly

True its ugly as sin, but the real issue here is the button set is fucked, and the our 2nd analog stick still seems to be lost in a forest.

ok, there's something positive, it's smaller and lighter this way, and the size and weight is one of the reason Ds dominates, so it's not that bad

It's OK. All the buttons are sinked in to allow for good fit between the top and bottom sections. It may not look cool, but it's a necessity, plus you don't really need it to look cool when it's open. It looks excellent when closed, and that's how people will see it and remember it.
What's with this "need second analog stick" thing? Where would it fit, realistically?
Plus, the GameBoy works perfectly with only a D pad and TWO buttons, yet the PSP needs a second analog stick or it's a failure?
