nice post, i thought alan wake looked awesome and thought the gameplay was very cool.
splinter cell looked just as good or better than some of the ps3 exclusive's i have seen. overall very impressed with m$'s e3 show.

Good post, you wrote down what i couldn't be arsed to.

I agree with pretty much all that you say, with the exception that i'm a little more impressed with Natal than you. i'm really impressed with how good that is.

and i want 1080p streamed movies on my PS3!

and totally agree with you on Forza, the developer really did love the sound of his own rhetoric! lets wait and see for GT5.

To a fan of xbox games this conference was full of win.

Halo 3 ODST, Reach, COD MW2 gameplay, Alan Wake, Left 4 Dead, Splinter Cell and Crackdown 2 are all must play games in my books.

The whole Natal thing is there to probably test to waters and get some of Wiis market share.

While a Sony PS3 owners opinion is always welcome, I don't think the point of the conference was to try to steal PS3 owners to 360. They are mostly trying to retain the current hardcore userbase and take some of Wiis marketshare. I'd say mission accomplished 100%...

I think it was great for Xbox owners, and doesn't take from Ps3 owners.

The Forza speech was a bit up itself though, but I guess you have to be like this to get customers to believe in you.

Sony is going to kick their butt. Hopefully, Sony will gain some pops as they did last year by demonstrating that they were really the most interested in gaming.
