LOL!!!!! I love threads like this it brings every fanboys from 360 and ps3 side here in VGC out of their shells.

If its the graphic king why is it that most if not all of the multi platform games usually looks better on the 360 ?
I do have to say, Kilzone2 does look damn good and probably better than anything on the 360.

The one troubling thing I find on this website is the fanboys and the fact they can't let go of the ONE system they own and they'll defend it to the very end. Now, there are some on here that own both the Xbox, and PS3 and some that own all 3.

I think to make a FAIR debate of this situation is to have the people who own the Xbox and PS3, not just one (for reasons stated above).

I personally own all 3 and I think that PS3 does have a lead over the xbox graphics wise.

There were numerous interviews before Killzone 2's release saying Killzone 2 is only using 2/3 of the PS3's graphical power. I have to say that's god damn impressive for Sony not only to have the best looking game out there, but to say there's more to be had with this device that publishers are starting to like more and more is very impressive.

Now to have one game out that's graphically impressive is one thing. But Uncharted 2, Gran Turismo 5, God of War 3, will all match (if not succeed) Killzone 2's graphics. There's definitly a lot of opprotunity on the PS3.

This is not to say Xbox games are bad graphically at all. It's just saying that PS3 has the power to RAISE the bar. Xbox is pretty much maxed out after Gears 2 and Alan Wake. I love my Xbox to death, but will always look to PS3 for more stellar graphics.

Cannot wait to see what happens with the PS3 over the 10 year life cycle. I think Sony is very smart to have that cycle and if Microsoft was too they would do the same which they have said its possible

Ps3 looks better graphics wise. Alan wake and forza 3 can easily compete with Killzone 2 and GT5. However, I was surprised at how killzone 2 ran so smooth during moments of action packed explosions.

then you obviously didn't watch Sony's conference, because Gran Turismo 5 was there. Also there was Uncharted 2 which also looks phenomenal.

Also Sony holds the rights to the most down right artsy game exclusively, The Last Guardian.

360 graphics are really good and all, but PS3's is better, no denying that. Luckily, games are not all about graphics.

This, a game having split screen is a must for me seeing as how I have friends over a lot, hence why games like Halo 3 and GoW are always close at hand. Killzone 2 not having split screen devalues the game much more than many people on these forums may realize. There's a reason why games like Goldeneye 007 and Halo:CE were so massive, and it wasn't because of the graphics.

Besides if were even having a debate over this it shows that the difference is subjective and minimal to say the most. Nothing even remotely close to the ps2 and xbox days.

I thought Forza 3 looked better than KZ2, and as good as GT5's trailer. A lot of people on the internet believe that as well. Is the PS3 going to have a game that looks better than GT5?
