I would say they had a good balance. I was actually thinking I was going to be underwhelmed until the MGS announcement, though. With that I'd say they brought enough new games.

Sorry guys worst conference in history. Those guys don't have the right to be in the console market.
I mean they are copying like everything!!! And if they cant copy it they just buy it.
MS should step down because of their huge lack of any innovation...

Is it just me or does anybody else think MGS Rising is not exclusive to 360? There was no "Only on xbox 360" sign anywhere. Anyways, it was better than last year, Alan wake, MGS:R and Modern Warfare 2 were the highlights imo.

Don't forget Ringo and Paul. Solid conference by MS. Sony needs to do a lot to get me on their good side. Alan Wake was incredible.

How about Gears of War III for PS3, PS3 Slim, New PSP, GT portable, Mass Effect 2 PS3, LBP portable, GOW III, 100$ price cut etc.. etc..

Doesn't sound too shabby to me. (It's pure speculation fyi).

Splinter Cell is the best thing I've seen so far, and that says alot!

The control method most likely won't work as they advertise, not only that, it takes away some game experiences from those we loved with a controller.

2 new Halo's is not interesting, they're just shooters that will probably be terrible just like Halo 2 and Halo 3.  Halo 1 is still the best one out of all of them.  Forza 3 just looks graphically amazing, and the customization is interesting, but it's still a racing game.

The biggest things at their conference was the MGS game and the new Halo game. That's all. I do not think it will be hard to beat this conference.
