Say what you will about the art style, Unreal Engine graphics, Gears of War rip off...it still looks pretty intense

Probably could have been a good looking game if they hadn't used that engine. I understand why they do it though. Most gamers enjoy looking at that type of graphics. I just don't.

Wrong! It's their own engine, and quite frankly, it looks better than the Unreal Engine, IMO.

OT: Screens look great, I've been keeping an eye on this one since they first revealed it! The more exclusives, the better! Definitely a PS3 exclusive sale in 2010 for me.

I reckon. It looks pretty good and doesn't have that 'shiny' look like UE3. If it plays as good as it looks...backed up by a great soundtrack...then it's a must buy for me

I think this game is Sony and Tecmo's answer to Gears of War so that's kind of understandable.


to me Gears was okay, but idk why i dont like it, it makes me feel like im playing Madden but with guns . all the cursing and "WOOOOHAAAAAAH!!" thats one reason why i didnt get Killzone 2 and Haze.
