Actually Microsofts conference is 95 minutes, Nintendo 60, and sony 2 hours.

I'm not biased, so I don't know where you came up with that one. I have owned a PS3 since it came out(psp, wii, ds as well), love Uncharted, super stardust, Yakuza, Motostorm and many more titles on the platform. Enough with the fanboy crap already.

95m is 25m shorter than two hours, one hour is an hour shorter than 2 hours. So yea, I can count.

According to Comcast, MS E3 is 3 hours long.



GOTY Contestants this year: Dead Space 2, Dark Souls, Tales of Graces f. Everything else can suck it.

Dunno...here it starts at 12 and ends at 3. I'm not exactly sure how this is gonna work out.

After reading through all the posts I kind of forgot what the topic was. Can't we have a discussion on here about Microsoft or Sony without negatively mentioning the other?

They wont sell big and thats not enough to warrant even £200 GBP. Splinter Cell, Alan Wake, Forza 3 and Halo ODST is high selling franchises that will make people stop and go F**K me.

This will be an amazing E3 for 360 owners. 2009 bst year yet. :)

- MS are already sweating due to the PSP Go and potential PS3 Slim (maybe this is a reaction)

- Alan Wake is the only exclusive game out of your bunch there that has a chance of beating Heavy Rain, U2 and GoW3. We've only seen PC footage so far and it didn't exactly eclipse Uncharted 2 either. Forza 3 has absokutely no hope, casue whatever Forza does Gran Turismo can do but lets not go there

- What big games do Sony have? Well there is God of War 3, GT5, Gran Turimso PSP, MGS PSP, Trico, MAG, Heavy Rain, Uncharted 2, Ratchet and Clank, Kojimas announcment ??, Starhawk, and maybe a few unannounced titles.

- Oh yea, people see Forza and go 'F**K me, but they see Gran Turismo and it means nothing. Gran Turismo will double Forza 3 sales.

- Yes, It will be an amazing E3 for 360 owners, 2009 wont be as good as 2007 though. 

- I wouldn't of posted this if your post wasn't so blind and one sided. I mean to say Sony are doomed at this point is pathetic

Sony made as much of a mistake with PSP GO as they did with PS3 price. If this doesn't seriously kill that brand I dont know what will. M$ will be laughing not scared buddy.

You mention PSP games in big games, says alot for the PS3 lineup.My post isnt blind and one sided, it's the raw truth. GOW 3 sill sell 2 mill?

GT5 will sell well.The others? Even Uncharted 2 will sell poorly, the first was HEAVILY bundled I expect the 2nd game to sell 1.5 mill without bundles. Probably 2 millish with bundles.

Forza 3 will likely increase the series to about 5 mill sales. Splinter Cell could sell anywhere between 3-5 mill. And ODST will do 6 mill +

The PS3 can simply not counter that level of sales this year. My point was they will see the games running at E3 today and people will wonder why the PS3 is needed. The 360 has more variety than PS3 across genres and as I said will come away with having the best graphics to date after E3. Did you want to bet on 360 having best graphics so far after E3??????? I'll bet you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Selnor, it would take a blind pensioner to make a bet with you on graphics. You know the way you thought Far Cry 2 was better looking than Killzone 2, the way you dolled up PGR shots to try and make it look better than GT5:P (that was epic fail).

Oh, and the PSP Go and PS3 Slim were intentional leaks by the way. Read the other 100 threads on the topic to find out why. In that post you've proved my theory right again, when 360 fans have their backs against the wall they bring sales into the argument. I mean sales for a company are so much more important than gamw quality......right?

Btw, PS3 can counter 360 sales with a price cut this fall, and its software should see a boost too. Also MS will hardly be laughing when a new PSP is going to be introduced, you know the little thing that has sold over 50M units. If Sony can make profit on  it very early on (which is likely going to happen, they could even make profit from launch) then thats hardly going to kill a brand, lol...use your head.

As for the 360 having more variety across all genres, thats opinionated.....

My comments should be taken with salt. I'm hyping up E3 in general. :)

But seriously PSP Go is a massively bad move. Considering M$ new handheld device is rumoured to use Tegra Hardware. And has the ability to store HD movies and possibly play games. ( E3 may tell us more ).

Graphics will not be baswed on opinion but sites awards. All sites do awards for best of E3. Best Graphics is one of those awards. This will be the guage. Again you take my Far Cry 2 comments out of context. Reading the entire thread where I state this I was reffering to the fire tech and overall look of Africa. On a whole I've always stated that KZ2 is the best graphics available to buy, but not the best Ive seen.

Sales actually mean alot. It means more people are intersted and like that prevailing game. Especially when you take into context that Halo3 actually outsells KZ2 every week now and it's a 19 month old game.

Yes variety is somewhat opinion. But noone can come away from the fact that the 360 has more games in almost all genres than the PS3, and heavily in the RPG department. Even Hack n slash has more on 360. No longer can the Xbox be associated as a shooter console.
