@ash: It could be Mario Party 9, so don't get your hopes up too soon. At least we might get Pikmin 3, that's more obvious.

I actually think Pikmin 3 might be moved to 2010 now.

Nintendo knows they need a big seller and Mario Wii + Wii Fit Plus is the 1-2 combo they need. Pikmin 3 is not enough like Wii Music and Animal Crossing, it would probably crumble under the load of trying to be a system mover.

Remember about a year go too that story came out that Nintendo had moved much of their DS developers over to the Wii side, that will probably help them get more Wii software out this fall.

If it's a main Mario game then consider it better then last years E3

What to expect:
Zelda wii (40% change?)
Pikmin 3
Wii fit plus
The grinder
Gladiators AD
Monster hunter 3
The conduit
Megaton(s) from Nintendo( Call it a hunch)

Why do I expect something big from Nintendo at E3 or somewhere else very soon? They're failing in Japan. They can't allow that to happen somewhere else and they need Japan to get healthy again.
