Depends. WSR could pull a Resistance or Motorstorm and not sell nearly as much as the original because it isn't heavily bundled. Or, it could be like Wii Fit, and sell millions for no reason

why would it pull a resistiance? or motorstorm?

this is wii sports resort we are talking about.

i mean its nintendo.

its wii.

this isnt the ps3/360

WSR is going to be like the relaunch of the wii again.

Anyone that thinks it won't sell like crazy after all this time has been living under a rock.

Sure Nintendo can bundle WSR with the system.

I don't agree.

Motorstorm 2 and Resistance 2, despite being pure awesome games they weren't much evolved from the previous ones. That's why they had "bad" sales.

Wii Sports Resort is a complete overhaulling from the first Wii Sports due to WM+

Unluckly, I doubt there will be a game in the hd consoles that could top this game, bad thing, considering it will probably be a bad game like the first one and much more better games even on the wii will not sell like they should.

I think actually even "hardcore" players will have more fun with Wii Sports Resort, because the controls will be much more accurate making things like jet skiing and sword fighting and golf more fun than the more imprecise Wii Sports.

I didn't care for Wii Sports, but I am interested in Wii Sports Resort.

Wii Sports is not bad. Its just an average game. If you want my opinion, there are games that mark generations - Mario Bros. for 8 bit era, Mario 64 for N64 era, Halo for 128 bit era and now Wii Sports is the game why Wii is so successfull. Its the mark of this generation.

128bit era?

"...the best way to prepare [to be a programmer] is to write programs, and to study great programs that other people have written. In my case, I went to the garbage cans at the Computer Science Center and fished out listings of their operating system." - Bill Gates (Microsoft Corporation)

"Hey, Steve, just because you broke into Xerox's house before I did and took the TV doesn't mean I can't go in later and take the stereo." - Bill Gates (Microsoft Corporation)

Bill Gates had Mac prototypes to work from, and he was known to be obsessed with trying to make Windows as good as SAND (Steve's Amazing New Device), as a Microsoft exec named it. It was the Mac that Microsoft took for its blueprint on how to make a GUI.

""Windows [n.] - A thirty-two bit extension and GUI shell to a sixteen bit patch to an eight bit operating system originally coded for a four bit microprocessor and sold by a two-bit company that can't stand one bit of competition.""

Yep, the last era!
