They're still gonna be releasing games on Disc. As for the downloaded sales, we have very good guesstimators.

At least downloading games from Sony will lower the piracy rate - it means PSP software is selling much less than it should
Even sony said it was bad especially on Resistance: Retribution

I don't know about Canada, but they are easy to find in the US.

Vgchartz doesn't have any of those things either and MM476 still managed to exploit the system and become a mod.
Tease.
It already happens now with certain PSP and PS3 games like Patapon 2, Resistance Retribution, Warhawk, SOCOM, GT5P, etc...to be fair even the professional trackers have no way of tracking these, that's why I laugh when I see the XBL and WW supposed numbers that a couple of mods post here. Only Sony, MS, Nintendo and their partners know the download numbers and the partners probably only know the download numbers for their particular products.

Are we 100% sure that PSN copies cannot be broken and then distributed on torrents anyway ?
I don't see any difrence here compared to selling big numbers of unbroken psp 3004.
The big catch for developers is lack of second hand market.
