I'm convinced that this is a PS3 game of some sort, which is unfortunate.

I coulda sworn that Kojima hinted that the next MGS would be multiplat, so he could avoid the multiplat questioning.

I want all of his games to be multiplat, so more people can play them.

That said, a handheld or iPhone game would be a huge dissapointment. Especially if it's for the PSP. It is a shame for such a developer to have his work presented to such a small fanbase. He is loyal to a fault.

If two games are announced, I would put my money on PSP and PS3 exclusive with some gimmicky interconnectivity between the two titles.  It just makes sense, especially if the two titles are going to be announced at the same time.

And the images look like something straight out of photoshop, not some game engine.  So it doesn't really reveal a console game because it doesn't come from a console game engine.

The graphics on the countdown don't fit in with a psp or iphone game.

There will at least be a mention of mgs5, it's right about time for an announcement and then a release in late '10.

And if the big announcement was the porting of MGS titles still unported to PC? Even with high piracy, big titles still sell millions on the biggest architecture ever...

The scan was for a magazine that covers the PS3 and PSP.  It makes no mention of the platforms.
