Forums - Microsoft - Valkyrie Chronicles for the 360 is impossible?

Um would a 360 owner honestly purchase this over ME2? LO2? FF13? Resonance of Fate?

There is no window for the game on 360 now. It has to compete with RPG's already better. We have Mass Effect, Lost Odyssey and Tales Of Vesperia. Of course another solid RPG ( SRPG to be exact ) is no bad thing, but people will not buy it now. ME 2 is to darn close.

I have Mass Effect and I love this game, but it seems quite different from the Valkyrie Chronicles, and I like the anime style. I never played Lost Odyssey, I don't know if I will buy LO... something is wrong with this game.. something is telling me "don't buy this game, this is not for you".
I am a 360 owner, and VC is one of the games that makes me want to buy a ps3.

because Sega made it with sony. Technically its very possible on the 360 but contractually it probably wont come out on it

Long Live SHIO!

I'd like to see it on the 360, but I don't think it sold all that well on the PS3.

Yet, today, America's leaders are reenacting every folly that brought these great powers [Russia, Germany, and Japan] to ruin -- from arrogance and hubris, to assertions of global hegemony, to imperial overstretch, to trumpeting new 'crusades,' to handing out war guarantees to regions and countries where Americans have never fought before. We are piling up the kind of commitments that produced the greatest disasters of the twentieth century.

Of course it's possible but sony came in and made a deal of some sort with the team, I would love to get a chance to play VC in the future, it would be a waste of Sega's time to port it on the 360 considering the fact it's SRPG and the game sold pretty bad on the PS3

470,000.  Almost half a million without a second of TV ads.  If that's selling badly then there are quite a number of 360 RPG's that actually were advertised that must've lost their companies loads of money.

More concrete evidence than sales numbers against a statement of bad sales?  Ummmm......The art styles really cool?  I'm afraid you've lost me.  Unless this was a joke, and Outlaw only has 3 copies, don't be silly.

blast! I could of sworn he would want to open a new case with every play through....

I think a modern version of X-Com game based on this engine would be awesome. Instead of 40's-50 esque style, we would go with 60's to 70's style artwork during the height of UFO craze.

If X-com get remake this is how I imagine it would be.

BTW, Valkyra is awesome, I wish I have more time to play with it, but I got sidetrack into playing Sacred 2.
