There's no fighting, except intro movie. They use a partail set camera in starting village or city. Not much spoken dialoque.

Now i see why it got such a bad score.. the short trailers (and i mean 20 seconds) where no indication of what the game actually was.

It did look good to me at first, but now that you can actually see the game in action i'm not that interested in it anymore.

but i think i'll reserve final judgement until i see some battle gameplay, or better yet, boss battles. anything like that posted anywhere? i looked but couldn't fin anything

Well, we should see some more soon. It just came out in Japan.

I saw a video a while ago where the main charcter is fighting normal enemies. He would lift his sword into the air, and they all would die.

Yeah, i saw that one too. The guy with the sword did that like two times. It looked strange. That's why i said no 'real' fighting.
