Sony today added six more Playstation 3 titles to their Greatest Hits library, dropping the price of the half-dozen to $30 each.

Army of Two, Battlefield: Bad Company, Devil May Cry 4, Gran Turismo 5 Prologue, Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots and Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction all get the price drop and new packaging effective June 16.

"Games deemed ‘Greatest Hits' have reached a significant sales threshold. This latest selection features several critically acclaimed titles, including Gran Turismo 5 Prologue and Metal Gear Solid 4, which represent the high caliber of quality software that is available on the PS3 system," said Scott A. Steinberg, vice president, product marketing, SCEA. "We're looking forward to making this group of best sellers even more accessible to consumers, while we continue to deliver more value to the overall PS3 platform."

Some really nice titles there, altrough even 30$ is still way too much for GT5P.

Edit: And where the hell is Uncharted ? It's been Platinum title in Europe for months already.

I'm still pretty pissed that Uncharted is still $59.99 in most stores. I guess it makes sense because it's bundled.

They need to put greatest hits on Heavenly Sword and lower price of Motorstorm: Pacific Rift and Resistance 2 to like $39.99 :p

All those games list, except R&C are already selling at the $29.99 so i figured they'd just confirm it as a Greatest Hits now. Even the MGS4 Limited Collector's Edition i saw going for $29.99.

Dammit I've been waiting forever for Uncharted to drop!! fregg... why EU was able to get Uncharted as a Platinum title straight away. =(

BTW in PS2 times were greatest hits diffrent from Europe platinums ?

Becouse Ao2 is realeased as EA classics here

B:BC didn't have any official price drops

GT5:P has been in Platinum for some time already

MGS 4 has been released as Platinum few  weeks ago

Rachet unless also is in platinum here.

DMC4 still official price but sold very cheaply in shops.
