come on, dont lie. Everybody wants and expects this to get 90+. I am personally dissapiont

I thaught 8.5 - 9.0. It's a wii game and a new IP. I knew they wouldn't give bloathed scores like for the hyped HD games of the last two year. If only they did this with all games, not just primary the wii games.

In the wilderness we go alone with our new knowledge and strength.

I expect 85-90 minimum, and would like to see 90-95 in metacritic (not likely, but more likely then 80-85). So far, I consider both of the scores were heard as rumors or untrustworthy as neither is listed in metacritic yet. Did The Conduit even go gold yet, or were these reviewed off of RC builds?  I want to see what IGN and some of the more regular places give it...

They also reviewed Virtua Tennis 2009..
Does anyone know the score?

I still expect the game average score will be under 80 :).

Probably because a lot of haters will give low scores to this and metacritic will include these ofcourse. I only look at the important sites... All other small sites or metacritic are just useless. I most of the time use IGN as they give good reviews.

People's expectations for this game are too high. It'll get a mid to high 8 on IGN and on Metacritic it will settle around a low 8.

"Pier was a chef, a gifted and respected chef who made millions selling his dishes to the residents of New York City and Boston, he even had a famous jingle playing in those cities that everyone knew by heart. He also had a restaurant in Los Angeles, but not expecting LA to have such a massive population he only used his name on that restaurant and left it to his least capable and cheapest chefs. While his New York restaurant sold kobe beef for $100 and his Boston restaurant sold lobster for $50, his LA restaurant sold cheap hotdogs for $30. Initially these hot dogs sold fairly well because residents of los angeles were starving for good food and hoped that the famous name would denote a high quality, but most were disappointed with what they ate. Seeing the success of his cheap hot dogs in LA, Pier thought "why bother giving Los Angeles quality meats when I can oversell them on cheap hotdogs forever, and since I don't care about the product anyways, why bother advertising them? So Pier continued to only sell cheap hotdogs in LA and was surprised to see that they no longer sold. Pier's conclusion? Residents of Los Angeles don't like food."

"The so-called "hardcore" gamer is a marketing brainwashed, innovation shunting, self-righteous idiot who pays videogame makers far too much money than what is delivered."

This game looks like a solid 80%+ to me, any less is probably too biased. Anything above 90% will probably be too biased as well. Fps don't tend to score that high if they're a new ip.

I use reviews to see (a) what the game is about and (b) whether or not there are technical issues.

My favorite system was the 5-Star system that X-play used -- it might still use it but it has become so biased as to be unwatchable. A 5-star game was a masterpiece (it did not mean perfect). a 4-star had some minor shortcomings. A 3-star game was fine if you like that kind of game and knew what you wanted to play. A 2-star had issues, particularly technical issues. A 1-star game was broken or just reeked.

These reviews are solid for the Conduit. I imagine it will settle in the mid 80s because reviewers do like their FPS games. Also, I predict a score of between 8.0 and 8.5 from (US) Nintendo Power.

I like to jump around, and would lead a fairly serene and aimless existence if it weren't for my friends always getting into trouble. I love to help out, even when it puts me at risk. I seem to make friends with people who just can't stay out of trouble.

Mid 80's was what i was expecting too. It's not the best game in the world, but its solid with strong fundamentals.

I'm sorry, but your opinions are wrong.

The best system was the other show on G4 starring Tommy Tallarico.
