RoF battle system vs FF13...RoF wins...FF13 reminds me a tad of Grandia..RoF is deffinetly more fresh

Well, you're entitled to your own opinion just like anyone else is and if you enjoyed it that much i guess great for you. Personally, between the final fantasies, mine is a toss up between 7 and 9, i can't decide between those two. Then it's 5, then 8 and then 10. Hey at least i rank 10 above 10-x 11 12 and 1,2,3 and 4.

Final Fantasy IX. Then FFX. Then FF12. Then FF X-2, then FF4, then FFXI, then FF7, then FF8. Then the rest. I'd put FF2 above 1, 3, and 5.

There are at least 4x times more Nintendo fanboys than Sony fanboys on this web site. Just create a theard ''Will Wii outsell PS2'' or ''Mario is childish'' and you are gonna get your ass raped. ( you might even get banned if you say anything against mario )

Well to be fair, those games customarily get heavy placement on these types of lists no matter who makes them. It's well known that Nintendo has throughout it's history created some of the greatest, genre-creating and genre-defining games. I think the issue is with the possibility that a game that is less than 12 months old is quite possibly going to be placed #1. I don't think it matters which game it is, something is just off there. If MGS4 does hold the number one spot, I don't know what exactly that proves about the membership about this site, but I know I'll have lost a bit of respect for the general populace's taste in games and their knowledge of them.

The only reason I may have to agree with the logic that MGS4 being #1=overload of PS3 fanboys is because when we had a thread asking everyone what their favorite MGS was, MGS4 did not have a commanding lead over the other three games. In fact I think MGS3 had more votes. This seems more like a bunch of people trying to fuck the whole thing up like that thing Howard Stern did to American Idol a few years back when everyone voted for the whack kid with the bad voice.

It's not as bad, but I still think it's pretty telling that there is some crazy fanboys at work here. To be fair, I didn't realize Super Mario Galaxy was going to be in the top ten also, and that felt just as wrong. It's just that neither game has stood the test of time and play more to the whims of members that are in love with the newest, shiniest games and can't think over the course of their gaming careers to other games that have stood out as much or more. However, maybe this site is just infested with more 14 year olds than I thought it was. I don't really care anymore. It is what it is. Let's just hope when this gets Digged that people on that site realize this was a community vote and don't think our editorial staff are morons.

Its because  one can see the other side's fanboys for what they are, but when a poster is saying something one agrees with its not flamebait or trolling or grossly exagerating its a perfectly reasonable post that is just stating the truth.
