Forums - Nintendo - Nintendo's worst-case scenario for E3 2009

After looking at the responses to this thread... I think the point of this thread is obvious that even the worst-case scenario Nintendo has, it will still come out with some good games for some people who have the console. Well done for a worst-cast scenario!

Wow, Nintendo fans need to lighten up.

This article is hilarious.

I find it's just wrong. A Kid Icarus shooter game? That's supposed to be a bad game? That seems awesome.

A Kid Icarus/Ninjabread Man crossover, that would be awful.

Or those Gamecube ports, two of which are highly acclaimed. Try picking games less liked than Luigi's Mansion, such as Charlie's Angels (third party, but in a worst case scenario, Nintendo would be publishing it).

Or a real-time graph channel game for the DS, so you can plug it in and see how Nintendo sales are doing at the moment.

A Kid Icarus shooter game might not be bad, but something akin to Link's Crossbow Training would be very disappointing to Kid Icarus fans who have waited 20 years for the next game... Well, its not like I've been doing nothing else but I still have been wanting a new Kid Icarus since the NES days.

Articles like this should stay light-hearted, silly, and way out in left field.

Taking stealth jabs at one of the most popular games is not the way to do that.

So you're asking for satire that doesn't mock anything or anyone popular? Rather weird request.

Articles like this should stay light-hearted, silly, and way out in left field.
