ok, so the ps3 had to get repaired and it wiped out the memory and the password for my account, which was saved on it. i dont know my password. when i try the "forgot password" thing, it requires my birthday...but i guess the birthday that was put originally isnt correct...

is there another way i can get the password sent to my email without that?
